Woke up with pain at 3 am an hour ago and been feeling cramps. Every 3 to 5 minutes ever since and don't know if I should go in or if I ate something bad .......really confused ....HELPPPP

Same thing happened to me on the 1 st...had really bad cramps thay kept me up...had my baby boy ay 10:10am on July2 7lbs 4oz 19.5" long
