  • I'm due september 27th :)
  • @Miss_cherie I'm having a boy! :) Exactly what I wanted too. What's your little girl's name?
  • September 15, girl!
  • @BeautifulOne awwww congrats! i wanted a boy too, but i'm excited for my little girl. me and her father agreed upon Rhileigh Brielle. what are you going to name your little guy?
  • @Miss_cherie Aw I love that name. My son's name is Jontè Michael. His father's name is John and that was the name HE wanted, lol.
  • Sept 21st here with a lovely girl named Alivia Grace. We are from south Texas. :)

@BeautifulOne thanks :) it took some convincing to get him to agree upon Rhileigh because i loved the name and i definitely had no intentions on considering anything else, he on the other hand loved the name Morgan, so in an effort to make him feel as if he was included in the naming process i decided to use Morgan as a middle name so it's officially Rhileigh Morghan Brielle, but he doesn't know im sticking with Brielle. but your son's name is adorable! are you excited for him to get here?
  • @Miss_cherie That's still a good name for her. It's pretty! Men always have to be included in some way in the baby name process, lol. I am extra excited for my little man to get here. I'm tired of being pregnant!!! Oh and this heat!!! Omg! I can't take too much more of it. I'm always hot though. How's your pregnancy been?
  • @BeautifulOne thats awesome! i'm excited as well. up until recently my pregnancy was pretty good, but now im just super uncomfortable, i can't sleep very well and i get this terrible pain in my right leg occasionally, and of course the heat makes it even worse, so i definitely can't wait until i'm no longer pregnant especially because i can't wait to meet her
  • @Miss_cherie I hear that! This heat kills me! My pregnancy was pretty good as well. Lately I've been extremely tired though. All I want to do when I get off work is eat and sleep, lol. I guess that all comes with it though. Have you bought all the things you need? I still need my baby's car seat, bassinet, and more diapers.
  • @BeautifulOne lol. same here. no, and i feel like we're so behind. we have her clothes, but as far as all of her major necessities, different family members have delegated exactly what they're going to get, so that part is taken care of. now starts the planning for the baby shower, which i too believe i'm behind on as well
  • @Miss_cherie I felt the same way. I just recently started busting my ass to buy stuff. I'm so ill prepared for this child, but he's coming whether I'm ready or not. I need to get his little toiletries and things. It's exciting to shop for them, but it's so frustrating too. I want damn near everything I see!

@BeautifulOne me too. i'm just a little bummed b/c i was at Walmart and happened to wonder into the arts and crafts section, and i saw all of the decorative letters and stuff to spell out her name and i was sad b/c we live in a one bdrm apt and there is no place just for her :(
  • @Miss_cherie I wanted to do the exact same thing with my son. My room is cluttered so I gotta figure out where I'm going to put my sons stuff and how I should rearrange my room. :( I just want everything to work out and to just have a place for him.
  • @BeautifulOne that sucks, but i'm definitely thinking about all of the things we're going to have to put away to make room for all of her things. but even though i'm sad she won't have her own space, i'm happy she'll be close b/c i know i'm going to be the one jumping up in the middle of the night while he's knocked out on his back with his mouth opened looking dumb
  • @Miss_cherie Yep, that's usually how it is. My bf works crazy hours and he's always tired so I definitely don't expect him to jump up when the baby cries. I'm a light sleeper as well so it won't be hard to tend to the baby. I guess him not having his own little space isn't so bad. Just knowing that he will be here is what matters the most.
  • @BeautifulOne i agree. have u had your baby shower yet?
  • @Miss_cherie Nope, not yet. I'm kind of iffy about having one. It would just consist of my family and a few friends. I mean I know that's where your supposed to get all your stuff from, but for some reason I could care less. I was thinking about having it next month if I do have one. I really wish I could send invites and tell people to send their gifts and not even bother with an actual shower, lol.
  • @BeautifulOne lol. that would be awesome. i'm having mines next month and my major concern is the two families coming together especially since this will be their first time meeting and i know how crazy my family can get.
  • @Miss_cherie Yeah I may just throw one together last minute and have it next month. I was thinking about having it at a Mexican Restaraunt because I love Mexican food and it would be kind of fun. I may just have it at home though. Itll save me some $ on the things I need to get.
  • @BeautifulOne i'm thinking about having mine at home too, i want to have it on the 13th of next month so im going to start getting the invites out, and planning the menu
  • @Miss_cherie Lol that's the exact date I picked to have mine. I think I'm going to start planning it now. I want it to be decent at least.
  • @BeautifulOne well it seems like august 13th will be a great day :)
  • @Miss_cherie Yes it will be! I got my theme and everything. I just wish my mom and her fam would be able to make it. They live in Ohio.
