I'm 31 weeks as of today. While my lil man is moving, my back is hurting. Its my lower back. It feel like the pain in my back before I have a period. Also I feel just a lil pressure down there. My belly gets tight a lil but enough for that wen he moves it hurtsssss!!!!! OUCH! HELP

i have been going through this too. Doc says its just my body preparing for the big day!! Drink some water and take a tylenol i hope u feel better!!
