Ideas for nausea/vomitting + dirty diapers

I stick my face right in a clean diaper and take a few deeeeep breaths. Then ill count and hold my breath as I wipe him up. I always have 4 wipes out so I don't have to dig for more as im cleaning up the poppies. All poop diapers go in a plastic bag.
I don't know bout you but I will get sick if I can't breath fresh air. That's what triggers my vomiting.
Any other ideas?

    When its nice out I have to change my youngest outside. No amount of holding breath works :( i feel better that I'm not the only one! My poor kid apologizes cuz I start gagging and sometimes vomit

    @mrs_shu that's a good idea! I wind up running outside to vomit anyway so might as well change my son out there! Poor lil people. They feel bad when we get sick. But its not their fault obviously. Its just us.
