should i be worried?!

Im 26+5weeks and since last night ive been having bad stitch like pains and a dull achein my back and peeiod like cramps, they come at least 4times an hour, i kbow if i phone up the out of hour docs they probs wont be worried as they seem to think most people are just a burden! .
