having contractions again :/ really worried...

I'm sick of this! I just got discharged on the 4th of july for preterm labor. I'm on strict bedrest, had a dr appt tday that didn't go past 2 mins because my dr got called to delivery, and I'm having contractions again! They've lasted for a few hrs but I only have about 3 n hr. I'm so frustrated right now! I wish I would've gotten some answers today

@Mommy2IsaiahNGiselle I did call and they just told me to lay down and stay cool. I'm 30+4weeks. @maymommy11 thank u. I really am hoping it doesn't cometo that again. 3 times is enough. I can't handle a fourth
