Anyone else have chostocondritis? Its inflamation of the cartliage that connects the ribs. Said to be one of the most painful things u can have during pregnancy. Man does it ever killl. Any natural remedies? I'm 36&6 so. I can't take advil. Dr says its a no no at this point.

Im experincing rib pain only on my right side. It kills to movr around. I can sometimes feel her graze her foot on it. I tried massaging that area and nothing works it hurtz when im laying down too

Mine I can fee it high up in my chest starting today after my steriod shot, and its really pain full near the bottom of my rib as if its going to crack. I cant stretch bend down without. Constamt sting of pain

My pain is in the bottom part of my right lower rib aswell and the same place on my back.
my dr said that's what its called but I dunno. I searched how to help it and it says to apply heat or cod whichever seems to help and it says that if u fold ur arms infront of u standing 40 cm infront of a wall lifting ur arms up on the wall will relieve the presure of baby pushing against ur ribs. It works for me a bit but if u know anything else it would help.
