  • @musicmomma makes a really good point. My hubby services rental properties and is always fixing pipes, even here in Arizona we have tree issues, and the rest of the country i know has more trees. Also those trees have to be trimmed and thinned...its not cheap to have big nice trees. If one falls over on your house or car...you better be insured right!

    Always get inspections done....make your realtor pull a C.L.U.E. report also, to see if any insurance claims have been filed on the property. VERY helpful in case they don't disclose a major leak that has been fixed.

    But the best advice is to call a local realtor and have them find homes for you, make sure their not all listings the agent has themselves. Its free to be represented so you really have to have a good realtor.
