How do you know if you've lost it? What symptoms did you have?

I've lost mines yesterday after my doctor visit. I wasn't dilated or anything. Were any of you ladies dilated before you lost it or did it start after?? I read after you lose it, you can go into labor in 72 hrs.

I think i am starting to loose mine. Im not sure i guess it could just be discharge it use to be clear now it has turned so a light llight yellow white color??
