trying the cinnamon tea!!!!

Ok ladies im giving it a try im over this pregnancy....im trying the cinnamon tea and labor cake and cumins tea tonight trying cinnamon first..ill keep you all updated???

@8:54 tea is done waiting for it to cool off a bit...then adding sugar and down it goes lol

hmmm... i drink cinnamon tea all the time, even before i was pregnant. how is it supposed to help? im just curious, not to sound mean or anything lol... i hope it all works for you.

@9:15 finished my first cup actually pretty good i kinda got a little hot guess cause with this extra weight i get hot easy lol...I used sticks it and I wonder how many times can u drink it. @betty

Only Use cinnamon sticks... no powered!

You can drink it as often as u like. But DONT use same sticks again, since they tend to loose the strength as the 1st use. You will.need new sticks everytime!!!
