tingling

My arms and legs get a werd
id tingling sensation, it feels like i have ants crawling on me and there is nothing just tingling ladt few second but im constantly feeling this. Anyone elss have the same problem???

    poor circulation maybe. i have pregnancy induced carpel tunnel syndrome and my arms and hands always feel like that

    That happened to me.. then it started straight hurting. I went to Walmart and bought arm bands and it REALLY helped. Dr told me my insides was swelling... but yours could be poor circulation or the same. Try the wrist bands, it might help?
