Contraction question

I've had stabbing pains in both my sides for a few minutes now that won't go away. Kinda going to my lower back, but more my sides. These aren't contractions, right? This is my third and I never got contractions with my first 2, my water broke both times. I'm only 31 weeks so I hope its nothing

Could be BH. Drink some water and maybe take a bath. If they stick around call you OB.

I've had bh since 20w its not in the front at all, just my sides/back @shae

Try drinking water and laying down. I've had pains like that and for some reason after drinking a bottle of water it helped. Possibly kidneys
