Fenugreek milk production

I'm looking for something oral that Will greatly increase my milk production. I heard fenugreek But have no idea what dosage I should take.. is it safe?

    My friend took that the whole time she breast fed and ut was fine fort her. Ask doc if you're not sure though

    Talk with a lactation consultant. This is my first time bf'ING and I'm nervous I won't get milk. Since I didn't get it with my first and I'm not even leaking a little.
