So I am 31 weeks and a few days and was wondering when the DR would start checking on me. This is my second pregnancy but I dont remember when they start checking
I am 32 and haven't been checked yet. From what I have read on here it isn't always needed. And can increase chance of infection? Each doctor has the own preference though my last obgn checked me every visit from day one!
I asked my Dr and he said his practice doesn't check until the week you are due, which indicates to me that each Dr is different. Mine said his reason was he "doesn't like to put his girls through it unless necessary" so......does it hurt?? I'm a ftm
