@jazzi89 I want to sleep all day too but I have a 3 and 4 year old and they always need something! I have so many things I want to do like clean the house get stuff ready for baby but I don't even want to get off the couch. It sucks because no one else is going to do it but me.
Everything I read says the more active you are, the more energy you will have. So maybe if you try to take like a 15-20 min walk everyday it will help. I need to take my own advice lol....
You might ask your Dr to check your iron at your next appt, sometimes an iron deficiency can make you more tired. But it's prob just part of being preggo. I'm only 25 weeks and I'm always exhausted! I do think that staying active thing might be partially true. I feel WAY more tired this time than last time, and this time I'm a SAHM and last time I worked 40 hrs a week.
