Is lower back pain normal?

Ive read that it means the uterus is changin ive also read it may mean a miscarriage...does anyone have any feedback?

  • It does mean uterus is changing. Also, your hormones are changing your joints and muscles so your body can open for the baby during delivery. Backache is normal in all stages of pregnancy, so if you're not cramping or bleeding, id say take some tylenol with a glass of water. If your dr says its ok, you should try to take a walk every day. It will help with backache and lots of other pregnancy symptoms.
