Asked a million times...forgive me

I know that this has been asked a million times so I apologize...
I am 19.wks for my third and never had this before...has anyone had a brown I guess discharge when they wipe? I hate to be paranoid and call the dr tonight of its not big deal. I have an appt coincidentally tomorrow...is this an urgent terrible thing?

Not really urgent. Brown blood is old blood, but you should def tell your dr tomorrow.
