Sharp Pinching in THE area!?

Last night I was feeling tired so I went to go to bed early. About 30 minutes after I layed down I started getting very sharp pinching pains that felt like they were at my cervix and they lasted for about 15 minutes. They were starting at like my cervix and shooting up all around the baby?????? These were quite painful what could it be?

im wondering the same thing! ive been having those pains for about 2 days now, and they are very painful and uncomfortable.
