clogged duct?

So on the boob that was just starting not to hurt whilme breast feeding is now a lump about the size and shape of an egg. Its sore but yet not too bad, not as much milk is coming out so I'm def. Thinking clogged duct any suggestions on how to get it unclogged? I've been pumping on it about every hr and it never goes down going to try a round of hot compresses and massage I guess..
