Aww, it's super hard, but you can do it. Go home and settle in and rest up, so you'll be strong and healthy when she gets to come with you. It's ok to feel sad and cry though.
I was able to stay in the hospital with my son until he could come home. Have you asked them about any options like that? Good luck hun I know its hard when you can't take baby home right away :-(
im so sorry hun. Most hospitals have rooms strictly for the parents of children and babies in nicu im not sure what the names are called but you can ask about them. Try to keep your head up hun.
