need honest opinons on her name....

We are having a baby girl I am so excited. My husband is 10 times more excited then I am it is so cute, the ultra sound tech said she has never seen a dad so excited about having a little girl.
Any way we have decided on a nameand it is Ruby Elizabeth.....
Elizabeth is my mil's name
Ruby was my great grandma and it is my hubbys birth stone.
What do you all think I am worried about it being to old fashion.

Personally, I LOVE the name Ruby. I think it's unique without being odd (like MANY of the names I see on here). It's very pretty!

Thank you @shaniam my hubby thought it sounded old until he realized it was his birthstone then he thought it was neat.

I'm a teacher and let me tell you I see the same slew of names come through each and every year...but I have NEVER had a Ruby!

YAY that is awesome. My boys are Zachery which I knew was more common then my second son is Landon and after I named him that it became really common oh well I hope that doesn't happen with Ruby. @shaniam

I love it!! If my son was a girl he would have been a Ruby! It's getting quite popular here in UK and a friend named her daughter it so we changed our mind this time!
