Some sort of cold?

I have had a stuffy/snotty nose,really bad cough,stopped up ears,and kinda raspy voice for over 2 weeks now. Anybody else experiencing this? Im 29 weeks and 3 days. I just want this gone im coughing so much its hurting my throat. And it keeps me up all hours of the night. Please help

Oh and I dont have a fever at all but im getting cold easier now.
