Severe migraine and cramping

I am 16 weeks with #2. I have had a debilitating migraine for 2 days (nothing unheard of for me). However I am having pretty bad cramping too. Debating whether or not to go to the ER. I have had the cramping since last night. Any advice would be helpful.

I had the same problem I went to th doctor today. She said asking as your drinking plenty of water and eating with plenty of rest there's nothing to be worried about. She said its the hormones, nothing to worry about unless there is blood. Im also pregnant with my 2nd child and didn't have any symptoms but this one oh boy lol.

I have bad migranes and got admitted to the hospital and after.being on morphine for 2 days straight I got to go home still with a headache and they prescribed me fioricet ask about it I recommend it baby safe! I a 14 weeks now!
