what can i take?

I'm not sure if its my allergies acting up or if I've caught a summer cold.. but I can't breath I'm so congested and all I do is sneeze. Is there anything OTC I can take? I need so relief soon.. my baby shower is tomorrow

Remember also your nasal membranes are swollen due to the pregnancy so that adds to the problem. That sudafed is the only thing that is getting me through right now.
