Root extraction

So im terrified.. I had a root canal a couple of years ago. Well the other day my tooth fell out The root is too soft for a crown so I have to get a flipper. The dentist has to extract my root first.. I am scared to death. Has anyone ever had this done??

I wish they would knock me out. Im a baby when it comes to the.dentist. Thank God it happened after Karsyn was born..
