hernia and delivery

So I went to my physical therapists appt (tht didn't help) well after doing the exercises later I noticed a lump
So my physician said it was a hernia and that nothing can be done during pregnancy. I tried asking my ob but of course hes dumb as rocks
So I was wondering will having this hernia will cause problems with my delivery?
I really wanna deliver vaginally if possible
Also was wondering if it could pose a threat to the baby?
Or if I could have it fixed right after I hve the baby

    I think the threat to you is greater by far. Pushing can cause the hernia to get bigger or strangulate and if it strangulates there's the possibilty of needing emergency surgery.

    So do u think they will try n push for a c section?
    Since the hernias in my groin I guess the pressure of my stomach can make it worse =\

    Honestly im not sure but you should talk to your dr

    I don't think they will push for a c-section, but I only have experience with an umbilical hernia. I am not 100% sure about one in the groin.
