  • I think I understand to just limit how much you eat..and obviously nothing raw. You enjoy your dinner :)
  • You should be okay with lobster, your told to avoid raw fish/seafood (ie sushi) & fish that are high in mercury (ie shark, tuna, swordfish)
I loved seafood prepregnancy, but I find that it's too rich for my tummy to be able to handle now.
So while it might be "safe" it may not leave ya feeling too awesome.
    Hope this helps love!!!
    :x
  • Thanks so much ladies maybe ill just stick with fried shrip... Im just dyin to eat some lobster tho lol
  • I don't think it'd hurt ya...but ya. I made myself a pasta with scallops and crab.
holy crap, i was soooo sick. (tho the smell was probably the worst part)
I''ll say that fried shrimp sounds fantastic tho!
  • My midwife said that even small amounts of tuna once a week or so is okay. But salmon is totally safe, low mercury.
  • sorry, when I said avoid, I didn't mean don't ever have it. But rather just watch the intake of it.
    Pardon me!!
  • the thought of seafood right now is making me sick, omg I can't even imagine eating it. my grandmother craved raw oysters for two of her pregnancies, ughhhhhh
  • My doctor told me no more than 2 servings per week. Fish has mercury in it that can be harmful to babies. Sucks because salmon is one of my favorite dishes. Red Lobster sounds good....love those cheddar biscuits. Lol.
