morning sickness&blood work

I am almost 7weeks and my doctor wants to do a 3hr glucose test..and I went the other day and I threw up all over the place in front of the blood center...crackers usually help but I have to fast???? Plz help

    Cause my first app I had a lot of sugar in my urine and I had to do random blood test and it came back normal and now he is doing this tomorrow is my next app and I still haven't done it cause everytime I try to I gett sick
