breast lumps???

So I have these lumps that hurt like hell in my breast.. my milk feels like it dried up fully they aren't engorged or anything so I'm thinking they are plugged ducts but they are extremely painful and I have on in my armpit. I'm getting worried I tried warm compresses and ibprofrin and a few other things but I can't seem to be able to get any milk out. Anyone else ever have this problem.. any advice helps.

Please go see a doctor asap! I work at a cancer center and we never blow off any breast lumps. If you call your doctor they will see you same day. Please update.

@mama_kat I had mastitis already and had to take the antibiotics and that's why I dried up my milk because everything was getting to painful to bf but it went away. I will update tomorrow when I call my doctor. I'm in so much pain=(
