Ahh nose bleeding forever!

29 wks & my nose bleeds for no reason! Not to mention they last forever n it feels like A dam broke n it just comes out in a stream. :( I get very light headed too. Has this happened to any one? Should I be concerned?

    It can be a normal sign of pregnancy due to increased blood volume. Keep track of it though. They can get serious. Call you doctor if they last too long.
