throwing up for the past 3 days

i dont know whats wrong but i have been doing nothing but puking for the past three days and having tightness in my stomach and im only 30 weeks pregnant and ideas about whats going on and should i call my doctor or wait until tomorrow when i go and ask him whats going on?
