Infected stretch marks?!?!

I hope they're not but I'm calling in the morning to see what my OB thinks...I'm almost 32 wks with twins and my stretch marks are awful! They're bright red, itch like heck, burn, swollen, and some parts have clear fluid pustules underneath. The marks are warm to the touch and painful if I rub my belly :( which sucks cuz belly rubs relax me lol...what do u ladies think and is anyone else experiencing the same?

    I have some bad stretch marks ugh they are annoying !! But it Sounds like you were scratching them....regardless stretch marks come but they go if you scartch them it makes scars scab and stay longer....moisterize ya belly 2-3 times a day and you.shud be fine hun....as far as infected toy shud have it checked out...
