Acne with mirena?

Anyone have the mirena iud and notice increase in acne after having it placed? Been in a month and my face is terrible!

I think it's associated with being post partum. I got a tubal on the 4th and this week I have 2 big zits on my chin n cheek. More acne now than when I was preggers.

I had a major explosion on my chin. Worse than ever my whole life. Idk why. Nothing helped. My doc prescribed some antibiotic pads for it. no new ones yet

I haven't been on it myself but my friebd got off the mirena because of that...

I read on the internet it has caused a lot of problems for acne prone women. Hope its not the mirena causing mine.
