my boss is the biggest bi#ch!!!!!

I seriously cant handle it right now! I feel sooo alone everyone I talk to about it tells me to ignore it or forget it or just doesn't care! My boss has always been a bi#ch but now that I'm prego she's even worse! Wtf why would u treat a pregnant lady soooo horrible! I don't need this stress I'm so mad I cant take it. And I know when I go to work tomorrow she's gunna be a huge bi#ch and I'm just gunna tell her off and walk out I don't deserve this sh!t!!!!! My emotions are on edge and I have done nothing wrong!!! Ughhhhhhh fml. I'm so mad!

    @newmomma15 screams about everything! No matter how good I do my job she always bitchs. And all she does is sit on her butt on the computer playing games while I work my ass off! Plus she yells at me in front of customers thats not even professional. And treats me like I'm stupid. Its just one of those things where you have to be there. But I would never treat anyone like that esp someone like me who bends over backwords for this job. She just a beotch all the time! And now she acts like its this horrible thing that I'm prego! I'm married been wit Hubby for seven years! This is a good thing! Everyone else said congrats except her she acted like I told her I had cancer! Tonight she yelled at me over the phone than hung up before ever telling me why she was mad!uggggh sorry I just need to get it out!

    Like gatorbob said go to the HR department and file a complaint. There is no reason she should treat you like that.

    @gatorbob no I wish it was though. Its just a small buisness. Its a little giftshop. Idk what to do anymore......I don't want to loose my job because I get paid so well. But I cant take it. Any other suggestions on what I could do?

    That sucks but it could be worse. You could have a board of 28, most of whom treat you like shit. Trust me, it's a blast.

    @gatorbob thanks. No she's not the owner. the owner and her have known each other for years. The owner loves me and knows the wholee situation I've discussed it with him. He knows exactly how she is. He has talked to her about it before. But he doesn't wanna fire her because he doesn't have anyone to replace her. I cant now that I'm prego. Because after I have the baby I'm going to be a stay at home mom. And we cant find another floral designer/manager to replace her. Its a small town. So my situation is just really shitty. I love the job. Just cant stand my boss. But ill definitely check out the laws in my state.

    @mommyhanny I know exactly what your going through. I worked for the spawn of Satan and made 4 HR complaints on her after I became pregnant and 2 prior. HR told her it was me even though I was told it would remain confidential. well she got pissed and told everyone she would make anyone who called HR on her pay. she made me life a living hell...and about a month ago I came in and She fired me...I'm fighting it through the equal employer opportunity commission for pregnancy discrimination. I would contact the eeoc too if I were You since you don't have a HR department either. they cover everything. best wishes to you mama!
