    They ink doesnt penetrate the marks to well so it will look funny. I have one on my hip over some and the colors took terrible and u can still see the stretch mark.

    NO!!! I did this on my hip and had a "blowout" its where the ink spreads through or across the stretch marks looks extra horrible!!!! It can be fixed but its a lot of work and has to be dark
