Miserable.....

Aboslutely Miserable..... I cant get rid of this nastyness.... I started with bronchitis, got a cold and now mix allergies in and that makes me soo miserable My entire head hurts, Im conjested bad, and I cough up my lungs 24/7..... and to make it worse.... I took my 10 days worth of perscription meds....

Anyone know any natural ways to get rid of this?

Good luck it's not natural but I get bronchitis & walking pneumonia they always give me albertiol an inhaler - my lungs open and start clearing within a day or two.

I have my inhaler still and I use it, but whats bothering most right now is all this conjestion I cant breathe and thats making my head hurt so bad...

I just finished the 10 perscription, so my doctor wont give me anything else yet... I can only imagine, that would be miserable...

Steam also breaks up congestion have you tried turning on the shower steam up the bathroom it might loosen up your lungs. I feel for both of you bronchitis sucks bad!!!

I have tried the shower once, but I just got these vaper shower droplets, so Im going to try one of those...yes it does suck bad

Yea, I took 2 pills twice a day for 10 days.... I finished those 2 days ago....

Im sucking on mentholypitis cough drops like no other... lol

I hate being congested its the worst. Have you tried sleeping with a humidifier on? Or using a neti pot? Hope you get some relief soon.

@sweetsurprise I unfortunately do not have a humidifier..... and I cant use my neti pot because it gives me migraines

You could try getting some decongestant vapour rub or drops. Run a bowl of hot water and put some of it in, then hold your head over it with a towel over the back of your head so the vapours stay inside and breathe them in for a little while

@mommyofangels. I rub myself down with vicks and put a little right under my nose it clears my breathing up fora little bit. get better soon!
