Fenugreek??

I was thinking about starting to take some to increase my milk supply. What is everyone's opinions that have taken this? Any crazy side effects or anything??

    I have to get some. A lactation consultant calls me ever so often to check on me and she told me to take fenugreek to help increase my supply.

    I bought some I was just wondering what other peoples experience with it was. Im pumping just enough to feed her but was hoping to get a little extra to store up.

    Its capsules my daughter wad allergic she got a horrible rash

    Its pills u take. I was worried it might cause some kind of reaction with the baby. Thanks for the info.
