help me please (tmi)

I don't know how much more I can take..... I was told my Ob I have spd for those who don't know what it is it is where my body is releasing way to much oxytocin (sp) and causing my pelvic to be in so much pain..... Well my vajayjay hurts so bad it burns I can't sit cause of it but when I stand it lightens up a lil bit but then my hips feel like they gone give out on me......It hurts really bad I want to cry anyways my daughter dropped and she now weighs 7 pound give or take a few oz and I just hit 35 weeks today..... Any advice would be greatly apperciated..... Thanks

  • Try to rest as much as possible. There is not much I can way as to you getting more comfortable. Sorry :( I know it sucks
  • My snoogle helps me, or a pillow between my legs. Also sitting/laying a little reclined and my feet touching w my knees bent up, kind of like a frog seems to be most comfortable for me. I'm 36 weeks so we're pretty close! Good luck
  • Ice packs? I don't know how you feel right now, but whenever I've had any medical problem down there I always put cold packs on, they feel so nice! Hope you feel better soon!

  • Try laying with a pillow under your butt, that helped my hip pain.
  • Go swimming. Being weightless should help till its time to get out
