Im 37 wks, 4 1/2 cm dialated 60 % effaced, my mucous plug came out and my contractions have completely stopped, ughhhh so frustrated

I was 4cm for 5 days and 80% effaced. I know your frustration girl. It's kinda heartbreaking.

my doc, sent me home. wont do anything to help me along because im only 37 weeks... so sad!
