Pain when peeing

Ok so this has been going on for a while now. I've even told my ob. I've had 3 uti's and it hurts when I pee still. I don't have a uti or anything like that and I drink tons of water and cranberry juice. Anyone else having this pain?

It almost feels like a uti, which is why I told my ob. I get them frequently. But he says nope no infection. Almost like a sharp jab.

Is it a pain in ur side/ lower back too? I had that, pain while peeing thought it was a bladder infection ended up being a kidney infection an im on antibiotics tell 36 wks!!
