What are the laws in california if you work full time but haven't been with your employer for a year? Some one help please.

Hm...I am unsure about this, although o did just live there. How long will you have been with the company by the time you take maternity leave? I know my boss was allowed 6 weeks maternity & 6 weeks fmla, but she had been with the company for a few years.

I've only been here 6 months but going on early leave in a few weeks..i know I get my 12weeks but not sure if ill get paid for all of it
