Had my membranes sweeped yesterday at 12 & I just got done walking about half a mile & I went to the bathroom and there's a ton of mucous-ey discharge mixed with watery discharge. I'm having light cramps also...is this labor??

The mucous stuff ounds like your mucous plug. You should call your doc about the watery discharge as that may be your bag of waters leaking.
