for your self.. the hospital gave me this spray to use down there it helped with healing faster.. avoiding the healing itch and burn i wish i new what it was.. it was also numbing..and disinfectant.. loved it .. lol..

Clean clothes, frozen food, enough baby stuff clothes, diapers, wipes, rash cream.. body wash, toothpaste, pain killers, stool softner pills just in case
