i feel like someone is stabbing me in the back!

My lower back not only aches in pain but its almost as if my muscle is bruised because it feels like a million knives in my back if you just touch it... I tried to massage it out but I can't breath when someone else is touching it I'm in so much pain!

It's just a constant pain it never goes away I wake up in the middle of the night to pee and it hurts so bad to stand all the way up I'm at a doctors appointment now so I'm going to say something.... I'm ready to be done but not nearly prepared enough to bring home baby..
