K so all night long i was havinv really bad back pains, so finally fell asleep nd hubbys alarm goes off, sohad to get up get his lunch ready, so he walks out the door i layed down nd not even 5mins later he calls nd tells me our truck dnt wanna turn on im like stop playing too early ,hes like im not babe come outside i go nd it was true so all day weve been waiting too see wat was wrong with the truck so mechanic checked nd said it was the battery, so it tured on so i tell him go check if it turns on again he goes nd it dnt so we called mechanic nd now he ignoring us ugghhh nd now were shoft on wasting money nd i dnt wanna touch wat we have saved cuz that $ money is to take my son to seaworld for his bday!ughh sorry so long just need to venntt!

Aw that sucks, but life is messed up like that.. Shit happens, I hope the truck gets fixed without all the money having to be spent

Did you replace the battery? Does it make a clicking sound when he tries to turn it over? My best guess would be the alternator. A bad alternator will drain the battery, even if the battery is new. Good luck sweetie!

The battery light will come on if it's the battery. You can get an alternator at a junk yard for cheap. Could be the distributor as well..
