I'm 32w 1d and I've been have pelvic pressure and when I have to pee its urgent like I can't hold it. The past few morning I wake up and feel like someone punch me between the legs, everything is sore. My vag is also swollen (the inside) is this normal.

It sounds like a bladder infection. Definitely call your doctor

I went to the doc today, everything was normal just the baby putting pressure on my bladder L-)
