So I'm 37 + 4 and well I'm super constipated (TMI) but I wana take castrol oil its al I have in the med cabnet and I'm getting desprate but idk if it will really ring on labor and if it does I mean will it be a bad thing ??
Stay away from caffeine! That causes constipation! I am a queen of not pooping, even before pregnancy. And I asked my DR about it and she asked what I drank and I told her, sweet tea (its always in my glass) and she said even though there isnt much caffeine in that, it will cause constipation. So what I do when I feel it coming, is drink my weight (literally) in water and eat lots of fiber and I have no problems for like two weeks. Its great! Good luck to ya!
