Ditto, right now actually. But it doesn't hurt or isn't really uncomfortable until I try to use them. Sometimes, holding them under cold water gives some temporary relief.

U have ur baby. :P my hands and feet won't go down unless they wanna try to elevate hands above head, cold water, drink lots of water... Good luck !

Drink lots of ice cold water. Lots! Submerge yourself in a pool or cool bath for 20+ minutes. Put them in ice water....
