urinary infection :(

I am 36 wks today and at my doc visit it showed I have a urinary infection. Is this very bad? Is the medication bad for baby? Have any of u gone through this?

    I had in at about 20 weeks took the mess and it went away...no issues! Don't worry they are very common in pregnancy.

    I have one right now and had one before if treated right away it won't go to your kidneys and won't harm your baby

    Not bad if you keep up with treatment.:) they can however last a while and cause cramping. Baby is okay on meds.

    Yes as long as you take your meds you are fine. I had one around 7 weeks and I have one now at 35 weeks. It only spreads to kidneys of left untreated so you are fine.

    Ive had 2 utis one at 27 weeks and one now at 35 weeks. Its normal for it to happen. How it happens I have no clue??? Im on prescribtion and hoping it never comes back!!
