I've been trying to pack n move for the last week n a half n yesterday I noticed my feet, legs, and ankles are super swollen im 26 wks n I know its normal for some swelling but my ankles look nonexistent n just to add to it I've been going for an u/s every wk b/c I had low fluid 2 wks ago but last wk it was fine but when I first got there my blood pressure was a lil high n on the u/s the tech was trying to moniter her breathing but she was trying to sleep so she only took two breaths during an almost hr period is all this something I should worry about b/c I tried googling it but that didn't help it only made me start to actually worry more sry a bit long thanks for reading

  • Drink moooore water (yeah, it sounds contradicting) and elevate the above your heart. I've had almost all over swelling for about 5 days now, but I'm 39.4 weeks, due any day now.
  • You may need to change you easing habits cut back on fried foods and salt. User garlic powder if you like
  • @caroline8_p ok thanks I've been trying to drink lots of water but driving 4 hrs I've slacked yesterday so I didn't have to stop as often n good luck w/ ur delivery hope all goes well!! I for some reason thought I was different n wasn't gonna get any swelling or pains n my legs from walking crap :L
  • @lovable I don't hardly eat nething w/ salt except to give it a lil flavor w/ salt n pepper or some fries but my diet has consisted of quite. A bit of fast food lately so I proly need to stop that
  • Yea elevate & hydrate
  • Could you have edema?
  • @novembee I honestly have no clue but I've gained 10lbs w/i 2 wks or 5 each wk which seems kinda extreme. @preggointx yea im trying these now thanks :)
  • Does the swelling go down in the evening when you elevate and rest your legs? If so its probably just from being on your feet all that time, make sure you drink lots of water and take more rest breaks! If your hands and face swell too, or the swelling isn't going down I would just check with your doctor, better to be safe than sorry and no harm in asking
